Shrewsbury Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of 11 GP practices working together to support over 104,000 people living in and around Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

By teaming up, our practices can share staff, resources, and ideas. This helps us provide more joined-up, efficient care that better meets the needs of our local community.

We have a wide range of healthcare professionals working with us – such as pharmacists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, and social prescribers. These team members work across all of the practices and help make sure patients see the right person, at the right time, in the right place
